Why is University Heights Center said to be haunted?
University Heights Center is a former public school building at University Way and 50th Street in Seattle's University District, opened in 1903 as University Heights Elementary School. After the school closed, the building was preserved as a community center, and in 2011 Historic Seattle recognized the organization for its careful restoration of the original windows; a community P-Patch garden was established on the grounds in 1991.
